REP Tryouts 24/25

Our Woodbridge Lions Rep Teams are designed for advanced athletes looking to play basketball at the competitive level competing against teams across Ontario (O.B.A). The program aims to deliver a special experience as players will learn and develop with our amazing staff and coaches here to assist them along the way.

Training will include an emphasis on all fundamental basketball skills as well as proper conditioning and stretching techniques. Athletes will learn valuable team building skills and will begin to build game experience.

Players are selected through open tryouts held in August of each year. The season generally begins in September and ends in April (may vary). Athletes will be required to commit to 2-3 practices a week, as well as games, tournaments and travel.
